Best lighting that brings out fish color in FOWLR...?

What is the best lighting (as far as bulbs, etc...) to bring out the vivid colors of the fish in a FOWLR?

Flame Angel, Potter's Angel, Regal Angel, Golden Butterfly, etc...

Yes, I kind of figured LEDs...

But are there different ratings (color/Kelvin, etc.) - or are all LEDs the same...?

Blue ones make fish's color glow (just like neon or fluorescent - ex; blue-faced angelfish or queen angelfish) and white ones give true color of fish. Depending on your mood, you control light whenever you want. Fish don't care, all they want is food. LOL

LED is better because it saves energy and lasts longer.

some bulbs help with physical coloration of the coral pigments, some bulbs show them more.

you can GROW them under certain lights for coral coloration and then showcase them under others...

oops sorry.

FOWLR.

umm anything around 10K i believe.

but i think 6500 to 8K is "brighter" lighting that will make fish look nice.

anything lower and you'll get redder and start seeing more algae growth
