clown fish has a swollen face help!

Hi come home from work today and noticed one of my clown fish has what appears to be a swollen face and can not close its mouth, it appears a bit lethargic compared to its normal swim pattern. The clown fish appeared to be feeding ok at feeding time. My water parameters are testing fine. Has any body got an idea what this could be any help/advice would be appreciated
