Will a 90 gallon work for these fish?

Should these fish fit in a 90 gallon tank? If not what sized tank would you guys suggest? This is my dream tank and I should of seen what fish I wanted before I went and got my 30 gallon tank.... Rookie mistake on my behalf... So here is my dream list.
3 Carberryi Anthias (Nemanthias carberryi)
1 sailfin tang
1 huma huma
1 manderin
And maybe a dwarf angle or small puffer?
Any other suggestions or changes?

Also would you guys reccomend getting a older drilled tank or a new tank and have it not drilled?

the sailfin tang gets to be a little over a foot long, a 90g is not big enough. liveaquaria recommends 180 gallons for them. I have a mandy in my 90g but i suggest waiting a while until everything settles in and you have a good pod population. i seeded the tank with pods 2-3 times and waited roughly 6-8 months before putting him in, most people recommend a year. I don't have a sump but given the choice i would definetly go for a drilled tank, a sump makes everything easier, from maintenance to where to put the equipment in, i don't really like the look of the equipment hanging on my tank but i didn't have the funds for drilling it and adding a sump at the time. a dwarf angel would be ok, i wouldn't do one if you are doing a reef tank, its the reason i don't have one. Check your fish choices on liveaquaria and they will let you know the recommended tank size.

I think the tank is too small for the humu. You could maybe keep a blue-throat trigger

Sailfins get really large as well. I am keeping a blue tang in a 90, knowing that he will have to be re-homed at some point. If you found a small sailfin with the understanding he'll need a bigger tank at some point, he probably would be okay for a while. A yellow, purple or kole-eye tang would be a better long-term option. My purple tang is doing very well in my 90 - I do not plan on re-homing him.

A small puffer (saddled, spotted) could fit in a 90. A mandarin also, provided there are pods for it to eat. For sure a dwarf angel (potters, flames and lemonpeels are my favorite).

I've never kept anthias - LA recommends a 70g tank, so you'd probably be fine there.

Have you considered a wrasse? If you are considering puffers and triggers, it seems like you are more into aggressive FOWLR fish. There are awesome fish-only wrasses you could add as well:

Based on the tang tank sizes listed on RC, the sailfin would need a minimum 8 foot 240g.
