LED upgrade and Lighting Regime.

Thanks in advance.

Just upgrade my 29g biocube with some TrueLumen 12" Dual leds.
12k white / 453 nm & 453nm.

My question is. How should i set my lighting intensity. ?
I work so i do plan on having lights on during my absence.
8-6pm.

I read that having a 60/40 setting is good.. 12k/453nm bar on 60%

Any suggestions..?

My Elegance coral is struggling to acclimate to the lighting change.
She was beautiful with a 10k stock fluorescent on high.

LEDs are more intense so I would start off around 40 or 50% then move up every other week.
