any one bought tonga branch live rock from Aquarium Creations Online and have prob

I placed an order with aquarium creations online for 25lbs. Of tonga branch live rock, a superman zoa, mermaid fans, red worm Christmas tree rock, and a metallic green xenia. All for $399.83. Placed the order on Friday the 9th and on Monday morning called them and asked if I can get the Christmas tree rock with the most worms on them. He was able to do that for me. But he said that he suggested that I get the Pom pom xenia because I will not like the one he has in stock. So I go ahead and take the Pom pom. I get my order that Thursday for my livestock. Upon opening the box I noticed that I did not receive the mermaid fans instead I reseaved halmaida plants. The Pom pom was supposed to be an inch long for 40 bucks and was a 1/4 inch (found a Pom pom Xenia at petco 3" long for $25. Of course I got it.) the zoa I receved does not even look like the one on the site, the color is not even close. $45 for a 3 polyp. I called them back and told him about the situation and he said he had tried to call me about the mermaid fans. I know for a fact he did not call cause I have my phone on me all the time. And I talked to him the day before he sent it out about the Christmas tree rock. He said I was going to receive the rock the end of the week. nothing. Waited to call for a few days and he said that ups had it still and received it 3 days later. It took about 2 and a half weeks to get my live rock from ordering. Got opened it and was trebly disappointed. The rock was wrapped individually in bubble wrap, dry, was not even tonga branch. Lookes man made painted with purple paint. I know it's better than taking from our lovely earth but that is not what I paid for. Called back for a refund but no answer cause after hours. Has any one had any problem like this with them before? Also on the site they said they do not refund for live rock. They didn't even give me a free live stock item for purchasing live stock from them even giving them that much money. Thank you

I know this thread is from a few months ago but I wanted to put this out there - I am also having issues with aquarium creations online. Early August I ordered a Dendro from them along with some macro and a couple cleaner shrimp just to help make the shipping worth it. My order arrived without the Dendro. Emailed to inform them of the situation and they said when they went to pack it they noticed it was broken, and they wouldn't have more until the end of August, so they would send me a bigger piece with my next order. Well I told them I really don't want to make another whole order and pay shipping again etc, but I eventually just said fine, if you are going to give me extra heads on it then fine I will pay shipping to have you send it to me end of August, and to let me know when it is in stock.

So by early September I had not heard anything back from them, so I emailed again asking if the Dendros are back in stock. Tom emailed back, said he would check for me and issue a refund if they are not. 2 weeks go by and I have not heard back or received a refund on my CC. I email again, telling him I will be calling by phone if I have not heard back in a couple days so we can resolve this. Another week goes by and nothing. I called the number on their website 3 times this morning and nobody answers. So it's now been 2 months since I originally contacted them about being charged for a coral I did not receive and it has not been refunded or replaced, and indeed the company has not even responded to my attempts to contact them in almost a month now. I have never written a bad review before but honestly I can't recommend ever purchasing from this website.

This is too bad. I wanted to order from them. i have found according to their website they have the best inverts in stock out of any online site. Ohh well im not risking it
