what are these
A couple of months ago, I seeded my tank with copepods. Is that what this is, or is this just leftover detritus that I need to suck out. It is in a part of the tank where there are no fish bothering them, obviously. Thoughts?

its hard to tell but my guess is pineapple sponges and some pods. both harmless if can be ID'ed positively.
