Baby Cerith snails all over

apparently some of my ceriths got together and decided to make about 50 more in my 46 gallon tank.

they are all over the place, what should I do?

here is a pic of some of the snails. also here is one of my original adult ceriths leave a squigly trail along the glass. (which has been going on for a couple weeks)

I'd leave them alone. The population will only grow as much as the tank can sustain them.
Once the pop. density reaches a certain point the number of snails will level out.

Cool! But if you don't want them I would add a predator that will eat them. I read another thread here once where someone recomended selling them also. I'm not sure what would be a predator to baby cerith snails, I have some ideas but at the risk of giving bad advise I will refrain in the hopes that someone with greater knowledge will advise. I've been waiting for this same thing to happen in my tank. I have 4 that I have found entwined on more than one ooccasion. So romantic.

They will self-regulate based on available food. Squiggly lines are eggs.

Mine multiplied like crazy, but a bunch will die off too. I find them on top of my overflow, it my sump, on top of my light. They get everywhere and apparently are too stupid to crawl back in the water lol

That's cool they are hatching. Mine just lay eggs everywhere whenever I let the temp swing more than usual (like the house gets chilly and the heater can't keep up) but they don't survive.

'blooms' of good things should be left alone. If the tank can support them, the tank needs them. If it can't, if it becomes a pest, wait til they grow and trade them to your lfs for store credit.
