How much live rock is recommended for 793L (209.5 Gallon).

210+ lbs of rock id lean towards 250 lbs

I would probably start off with about 125 pounds of rock and then go from there. Build up your reef structure and then decide whether or not you want more. Don't forget, once you start adding corals you can run out of room real quick. Unless you plan on buying a bunch of small frags, a lot of the corals out there will come in on small pieces of live rock to begin with. GL.
