Rio juwel 180L marine setup need help please
No sump. Have had the tank a year not happy about amount of equipment is in it. Also had plenty of problems with water lighting corals etc. would like to start from scratch on what needs to be done properly many thanks |

You could drain it, put livestock in qt, add a hob (hang on back) downflow box or drill the tank (if you know which side is not tempered glass---which goes to tiny beads on the touch of a drill bit) to add a glued-in box. This would let you have a sump, via pipes in the downflow that drain water to a certain level (but no further). In the sump you could put a skimmer and heater, and maybe have room for a fuge. T5 light kit would let you keep hardy corals and some more exotic.
