Two questions for you guys

Hey guys! So I am 1000% in love with triggerfish. My personal favorites are the Niger trigger, the bluejaw trigger, and the pink tail trigger. Can I put any of these in a 75? Why or why not? Are they reef safe? I've heard that the bluejaw is supposed to be extremely reef safe.

Hard not to love them! I'm no expert but I would say a 75 gallon is too small for any of them. A small Niger might be ok for a while but not for life. Wait for some others to give their input.

What other fish are you planning on keeping? Personally I'd suggest you wait until you had atleast a 72"L tank or bigger.

You could get away with a Bluethroat probably for about a year. Personally, I do not recommend getting a Trigger at all in that size tank. They will eventually become aggressive and stress in a small tank. If you decide to get the bluethroat, it needs to be the last addition.
