Small white "bugs"

the past couple days I've noticed fine (dust) clouding my tank. I can still see everything just fine but it's cloudy. I thought it could just be fine sand particles from my new watchman goby but tonight I noticed what appears to be hundreds of tiny white "bugs" crawling all over the glass and back of the tank. I don't know if they are connected with the dust but I'm starting to freak out. They almost seek like little larva. A friend (non-hobbyist) thinks they are baby snails but there are literally hundreds and I only have about 12 (guessing) snails in the tank. Any ideas?

You're probably having an algae bloom of sorts and the copepods are feeding on it. Can you take a picture of your whole tank? Also what are the water parameters.

My parameters seem to be on par. I've got them in my Aquaticlog app but I can't seem to get it to log in to get the exacts. I can get a picture in the morning but I won't be home till late.

There's a blurry picture of the bugs in my liverock/hitchhikers album. I'd post it in this thread but my phone seems to hate me and crashes my browser every time I try to copy the BBcode.
