Giesemann T5 Bulb Combo
I am thinking about ordering a Giesemann MAtrixx ii 8x54w fixture. The fixture comes with bulbs so I need to pick out a bulb combo. Anyone have experience with these bulbs and different combinations? I am looking to get a nice balance of blue/white. I do not want an overly blue tank.

don't have experience with Giesemann cause I use ATI bulbs. I know there are some threads on here that suggests some combos for them bulbs. Giesemann and ATI bulbs are almost the same for as color, but just have a different name. might try to find a thread of ATI combos and try to compare which Giesemann bulb will match up with that. Nice fixture through, but out my budget league!!

Interested in this too. Have just ordered the Aurora Hybrid and need to let the dealer know which bulbs I want, coming from a purely LED background I'm not sure what to go for.
This link might give you a few ideas though, I found it really helpful:- http://www.*********.com/threads/gie...7/#post2288274

In my 4 bulb fixture I use 2 Actinic Blue, and 2 Aquablue Coral. It gives a nice white hue, with just a hint of blue. I also have 2 strips of actinic led's, and they help to blue it up more.
