Stiggy's Tank Blog Newbie

Hi all, I've had this tank up and running for 4 days now, I tested the water today, and nearly had a heart attack when I tested for Nitrate!! Nearly 200ppm!!!!!!!
Help!
Here's some pics, I've tried to scape it best I can.
There's some Xenia in it and a couple of other corals I'm not sure of.
