AquaMaxx ConeS Q-3 review
Hi,
Has anyone bought one yet? I'm about to pull the trigger on one for my 220g build. I have a co-1 and love it so I would think this skimmer should be awesome.

The Q series is different than the CO. I had an issue with the bubble plate coming off with the pump pressure. It's not screwed down like with the CO's. MD replaced the pump and plate. It's held so far, fingers crossed. There were some other issues. There's a review somewhere in this forum for a Q skimmer. Also, I will say that the pump is louder than the SRO I replaced.

2000INT. The SRO is a well built skimmer. More solid than the Aquamaxx. The 2000 was just too big for my 120g it seems.
