Lighting for my 31 gal reef tank
Hi, im currently looking for lighting for my 24x15x20 inches 31 gal. Reef tank. I plan to introduce anemones later on as the tank matures. Atm looking at current-usa orbit marine. Only in it coz of the cool weather effects. Otherwise id lean towards ati coral and blue plus t5s. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

The current orbit USA lights are rated 0.5 watt LED. You won't be able to sustain a reef with these IMO.
If you want to go LED, look for something rated 2, preferably 3 watts per LED.

Dont get the orbit marine. I had one. That storm effect is cool for about 2 days. Then youll never use it again. Close to that price range your best bet is a t5 ho fixture or the reef leds on ebay

For a little more money you could get a Kessil. I have one over my 29 AGA. I do not have SPS but I've got three RBTA's in the tank that have been under the Kessil 10k for 2 years now.
