Problem with Vertex Puratek 200 RODI

Let me preface this by saying I checked first with the main website and any sort of legit contact number seems to be non-existent. They basically tell you to contact the vendor that sold the unit but in my situation I received this unit directly from Vertex 2-3 years ago at MACNA Dallas. I did submit an inquiry for technical support Monday morning but haven't received any response.

Here's a shot but does anyone have this unit and maybe could lead me in the right direction? The unit cycles through a standard flush when starting it up, then pegs at 50ppm on the TDS meter and won't make any water. It never had this problem before if TDS reached 50ppm. The pre-filters and DI look okay so I'm wondering if I have a bad RO membrane or possibly a solenoid issue?
