Yea Garden eel. Nice. I wish they weren't so difficult to keep in a reef tank. Wouldn't those look good in your tank.

They pretty much require a species only (or maybe sea horses or pipefish) and a very deep sand bed. Not an easy one to keep even for experienced reefers.
