Also can anyone give me advice on how to care for it? I see that they are hard to care for. Why?

I highly doubt it is a S. gigantea. Would be lucky to find a tan/brown one for that price, let alone a red one (( To the best of my knowledge, there hasn't actually been a verified ID of a red Gig )).
It is most likely an Stichodactyla tapetum, which are not hosting anemones, and are relativity easy to care for compared to any of the hosting anemones.
