Replacing T5 bulbs
I just a got my 6 new bulbs in and was wondering what the best way to swap them out is.
Last year I just swapped them all and shocked my corals. I was thinking this year to do one bulb each week for the next 6 weeks. Is this sufficient time to allow the corals time to adjust to the higher par |

I do all mine at one time but lower my photoperiod to 1/2 the time and then add 1/2 hour each week until I get to my original schedule.

How does that work for you? Any negative affects to the corals or other livestock?

I change out 2 bulbs a week. I have an 8 bulb sunpower. Works great every time. Your plan will be fine.
