Reef Octopus 100HOB or 90HOB Classic for 40gB?????

I'm trying to start up my 40 gal breeder soon and It has come time to purchase my filter. I cant drill for a sump so I'm going with a HOB. What device would you choose? Reef Octopus classic 100 or a 90. Or if you have any other recommendations let me know.
