Best place to buy t5 reflectors and ballast

I already have the bulbs bought some used ballast but they didnt work so going the new route now..

BRS carries the LET Miro-4 retrofit kits which come with really good reflectors and HEP ballasts (same ballasts ATI use in their T5 fixtures) along with waterproof endcaps and a nice little wiring harness.
