enough flow?

ive currently got a MP10 at 100% on reef crest, and a 1250 keralia on my 90. return is a mag 9.5. im not trying to keep sps. wondering if you think this is enough flow for a 90 gallon tank. it looks like decent flow to me. nothing is angry, nems dont move. does this sound like enough flow to you? thanks for the input.

Youd probably be better off switching the mp10 to lagoon mode, less time at the low end of the flow spectrum like in reef crest.
