How to keep on top of things

Hey all weird question this
Iv been seeing posts pop up about people shutting their ranks down due to not having time for them and gpt me thinking how long really does a tank need
So I have a 110 liter
What should be involved in my daily tank maintenance?

I have a 450 litre. I do 10 to 20 minutes a day just checking on things, feeding, checking skimmer, dosing, checking auto top off etc. Every weekend I do an hour or so and every second weekend I do a water change and scrub any algae on the rocks etc. that takes a good 4 or 5 hours. I kinda find any excuse to do a bit of work on the tank!

My idea is to never t mess with it. I work for a week at a time so automation is key.

I do probably 10 minutes a day, adding water, cleaning etc. Only thing that annoys me is topping off 2 gals or so a day of evaporation. Need to get an ATO

Except when the power goes out, right?
Glad to read that your system is in recovery and your lasses were small.

James, I have 4 tanks, 180g reef, 75g coral only, 65g shallow reef and 25g frag tank. On average I spend about a hour a day. I can go days without doing much of anything. But there are days I spend hours getting thing back in line. Like the dosing pump failure I discovered last night! Not sure how long that will take to fix today.

I have a very good habitat of checking the aquarium before and after work. Other things like reminders for water changes, maintenance, I all have on an aquarium app on my phone (very helpful). For example, I have a reminder up there to check GFO after 4 weeks.
