Tank pests

Hey guys,
I have been neglecting my tank for a while but today got inspired to really give it a good tune up. While doing so I noticed that I have a few pests that are getting out of control and was hoping for some IDs and advice. The first is this fluffy red moss looking stuff on my rocks. Followed by green grass, followed by pulsing Xenias( they are taking over!!!) what can I do to control any of these three. Right now my tank is small but we are upgrading to a larger tank where plucking it all out will not be a option. Thanks in advance.
