Taking LR out of cycling QT, and adding it to my DT??

I have a beautiful 17lb piece of liverock that I bought and threw into my QT. Shortly after, it threw my 10 gal QT into a new cycle. At the point in the cycle, nitrates are still high, nitrites are going down, and ammonia is 0. I want to know if I can take the LR out of my QT and put it in my DT or will it cause a recycle in that tank also?

My DT is a 60 gal, w/ 50 lb live sand, 19lb live rock, a refugium with a nice chunk of chaeto, and my only fish right now is a scooter blenny.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Has the QT been used or medicated? If not and as long as your DT is cycled I would move the piece over to the DT if you wanted. I have added small amounts of rock to my tank and not had any issues. Good luck just my 2 cents.

Yea, my QT hasn't had any medications in it or anything yet except water conditioner when I setup the tank. Thanks for the help guy!
