Aptasia Eating filefish

I just picked up a file fish a day ago to help with aptasia but he isn't eating any of it. All he does is swim around in the back corner of my tank and comes out to eat when I feed my fish. Any advice or help?

Give it time they need to adapt / at least it's eating something only being in tank a day

How long do you think it'll take for him to start eating

Are you sure it's the aiptasia eating filefish? A. Tomentosus? They have a good reputation for eating aiptasia, but not all do it. Give it a few days to see if he's into them.

Some eat aptasia and some don't.
Yours might start, then again it might never look twice at one.
Sorry but they don't come with guarantees.
Very cool fish though.
