Reef Oct 202-S or Aquamaxx CO-2

I'm debating between the two. I've heard great thing about the Aquamaxx and want to lean that way... but saving $50 and being able to put it elsewhere makes the Reef Octopus 202-S tempting.

Does anyone have experience with those two?

Aquamaxx over anything reef octopus makes imo. Reason 1. The pumps on reef octopus are Chinese made. Aquamaxx comes with Italian made sicce shark pumps. Reason 2 is balance of the actual skimmers seems to be better from aquamaxx. I've seen some pretty decent reef octopus skimmers and actually ran a couple older reef octopus units with good results but every aquamaxx I've owned out performed my 2 reef ocs I had. No comparison imo. Again though that's jmo

Cool. I appreciate your opinion and from what I've read a lot of people think the same about the two brands. Well I'm sold on the Aquamaxx. Thanks for your input!
