Re-doing a 125 gal FOWLR
I work at a small zoo and we have 2 salt tanks. One (a 75 gal bow) I started over with from scratch and is now flourishing with fish and some small corals so far. The other is a 125 gal that my predecessors did not do any research for, haphazardly threw the rocks in and put fish from Nemo in and fish that should not really be together (Humuhumu), 4 (now 3) engineer gobies, 2 oscellaris, 1 powder blue, 2 chocolate chip stars, there were 2 yellow angels that I'm pretty sure got crushed from the rock falling, and absolutely no clean-up crew (stars and trigger had eaten everything). That person left and I decided to re-do the tank. I moved the fish to temp tanks and started the over-haul, way more work than I thought it was going to be but it is coming along nicely and hopefully fish can start going back into the tank shortly. Here are the photos throughout the process. Will add more with the finished project
