AI Sol "upgrade"

Hello,

I have a standard 29 gallon tank (30x12x18) which currently is lit by a quad T5 fixture. I found locally a reefer who is upgrading his sol's and is selling his AI Sol super blue. I have been wanting to move to LED's (especially after getting an APEX) for all the control-ability and general look. I don't have SPS just LPS, zoas and a clam.

My question is does anyone have experience with one of those in a tank like mine? Is it a good fixture? Will a single one be enough for my tank? I am afraid I might cause an imbalance and lose all the hard work or cause a problem. Any advice?

Thanks.
