It's suitable for softies and some LPS - what size tank and does that fit with your stocking plans?

Current Orbit or the Orbit PRO. the standard Orbit LED is very weak. LEDs are 0.3w vs most lights that run 3w leds.
I had one on my Fowler. I will see if I can dig up a before and after picture when I went to AI Hydra's. Difference was night and day.... literally.

I have one, but on a 20 long. I have a Monti cap only a few weeks and it has noticably grown. Keep in mind that a 20 long is only 12" high and the coral is only about 5" from the surface. I can see the areas not directly under the light do not get enough light. Bayou would probably need two units on a 75 since it is 18" wide. My tank is only 12" wide.
Hope this helps, Roy |
