10g Lighting?
I'm currently cycling my 10 gallon soon to be reef tank. I bought the tetra starter kit and it came with a nice flat hood with tiny LEDs underneath.
It looks exactly like this but it has 2 instead of 3 led strips.  Will these (6?) LEDs be sufficient?

I will say they will certainly not be enough intensity for coral of any type. Well they may keep some mushrooms alive. You are probably going to have to ditch that top.

I agree those led's are for a FOWLR tank... If you want corals you will need to add T5HO... JMHO...

Forgo the led's (I know they are great and save energy)... But T5HO work as well as MH etc... Corals as well as clams etc need a specific light K to work... I have leds in all my home lights but I use T5HO for my aquarium... IF you were growing plants what would you use??? Probably not LED...

I'm looking at spotlighting.
I run a Kessil A160WE over my 15 here at work and even a foot over the water, the shadowing along the edges of the tank is very apparent. If I could be bothered to spend another 300 on what is basically a living Solitaire deck  I would definitely get another pendant.

Yeah everyone seems to agree that I will need two. I've got my eye on some zoas, ricordea, xenia, clove polyps, and a hammer somewhere in the future.
