my new tank
So Sunday night (3-13-16) I realized my Biocube 29 had started to leak out of the bottom, it was minimal but there was no way it was getting better.
So I decided to pull the trigger on getting a new tank and went with the Innovative Marine Nuvo Fusion 20. So far I love it. Had to transfer all my critters and corals over and spent all day yesterday doing it. Equipment: generic heater IM media reactor (currently running carbon till I can get some GFO) IM ghost skimmer 2x IM spinstreams 2x hydor nanos (soon to be replaced with an mp10) Aurora full spectrum led lamp hydor auto top off 5 gallon ato resevoir Critters: -2 blue green chromis -1 Kaudern's cardinal fish -1 royal gramma -1 Firefish ~30 assorted snails Corals: ~12 zoa frags with approx 50 polyps all together -4 small stylophora -1 small seriatopora -1 small acropora -1 montipora -1 gold torch -1 green frogspawn I snapped a few pictures of the tank and some macro shots with a junky macro lens attachment. I wasn't able to get many because I had to be right up against the glass and at the perfect distance but a few turned out okay. Any comments/concerns/suggestions are appreciated. Try to ignore all the micro bubbles, I just added the skimmer today. |
