Pump and skimmer question
I have an IM Nuvo 40 AIO with a stock 475 gph pump feeding a Y split output..I was planning on replacing the stock pump with two higher gph pumps but just purchased a Aquamaxx WS-1 skimmer. Do I need to beef up the stock pump or will the skimmer help..I'm still in the cycle phase but want to make sure I got everything ready to roll come livestock time..the 2 Tunze power heads seem to keep everything moving fine but I don't wanna add equipment after livestock...please advise!!
