Filling RO container.

How Long does it take you to fill your RO containers? There has to be a faster way. I have a 32 gallon trash can and it takes about 7 hours on a 90 gph rodi set up.

It's probably not gph, but gpd - gallons per day.

Well then that's correct roughly. You need to upgrade the ro unit if you want more. Mine is a 75gpd from BRS that I upgraded to a 150GPD with their upgrade kit. I was only making 3 gallons an hour because of my low pressure, so I bought a booster pump that takes it up to 80 psi and now I can make 7 gallons an hour.

That is roughly 4.5 gallons an hour, nothing wrong with that, many get less.

I also found the colder the water temp going into the ro/di unit the less water makes. So I put the cold on full blast and the hot on just a little bit to make it warmer so it produces more water. You don't want the water too warm just a little on the hot side really bumps up the output..

Careful with the hot water, I know you are mixing but water too hot will destroy the membrane.
