chipped new tank?

Hey experts, please tell me what this is. Brand new tank from Miracles. They tell me this was caused by pressure when cutting very thick glass and not an issue at all.
But it appears to be a chip! It was filled with silicone, which I tried to remove to show the surface.

Thank you in advance

My tank has the same type of making. Being on the end it shouldn't cause any issues.

Did you mean it was also from Miracles?

It doesn't look like it would cause any structural issues, but on a new tank I wouldn't find that acceptable.

Ask for a discount if you are OK with keeping it and looking at the chip/silicone.

No, mine is a Marineland tank. The rough end on mine is about 1/4"long, but it's on the back pane, and isn't seen in my setup.

If they charged you a premium price the tank should be perfect. Unfortunately I can't see the photos to see how much of an issue it is.
