T5 questions please help

I recently acquired a 48" 6 bulbs tek t5 for my 108g rimless. My tank dimension is 48"x24"x21" high. The T5 sit directly on my current light stand.
my questions are:
Is the 6bulb T5 sitting 13" about water line too high(shield removed), my corals sit mid and high up the tank(see photo)? the sps on the left rock is about 10" from waterline and the sps on the right rock is about 5" from waterline
any recommendation on bulbs combo for best colors?
i attached some photo from day one and recent to get an idea where my coral sit in the tank.

Not sure about the height. Do you have a par meter?

I like AtI. I currently run true actinic with coral plus and love it. I've also run the purple plus with aqua lie special but prefer the true actinic.
