JBJ Problems

I just got jbj 45 rimless tank. The acrylic divider separating the back sump with the tank is already bowing. Does anyone know how to stop this without bracing?

Perhaps email JBJ for warranty coverage? I've had the same tank for a few months now and no bowing.
