Icecap skimmer experience anyone?
Has anyone tried the new icecap skimmers? From what I can see they look good, I'm thinking of getting a K2-160 for my 150 gallon mixed reef tank. Has anyone tried one yet? Any insight would be good. Thanks

I have a K-120 setup on a 65 + 20L sump, working fine and has a really small footprint. Not sure what else there is to say?

Not a whole lot of info/reviews on these skimmers. I know they only have been out a few months. Went to the local FS today and they had one on display. Looks to be a quality built skimmer. I really liked the water height adjuster. I was all set to order a Reef octopus, but I just may have to get the Icecap K2-200.

K2-200 arrived Friday. After going over everything I was impressed with the build quality. I went ahead and ordered the K2-50 for my 20 gallon tank. Yea, I know its overkill, but really like the quality of the Ice Cap skimmers.

I'm running the k2-50 on my 40 gallon and it's a little work horse. Very happy with it.

my k2-200 been running for 9 months now. From what I can see, its doing a fine job pulling some disgusting stuff out of the tank, fish looks happy, tank looks clean. I say its good. Silent enough for the size of the pump. Easy to dismantle and clean.
