What type of algae is this?

Sorry for the newbie question. Can someone please tell me what type of algae is this? This is almost like hair algae and blowing with the WaveMaker.

Thank you for your help.

Tough to tell, looks to me like brown diatoms. If it it catching air bubbles under, and dark brown purplish in color, could be cyano.

The tank was setup in January. It finished its cycling. I kate turned the lights off. Nitrate at 10. I can't bring the nitrate down even with weekly water change. I don't have phosphate test kit. So I can't treat my phosphate. But I'm running Roaphos.
