Has anyone ever used those 5 gallon water jugs that go on water coolers in offices and stuff to transport water? Is it safe? Mine are poland spring water jugs.

I can't imagine them not being safe. Maybe a little harder to managed just based on their form factor.

i've done it a couple of times in the past. i don't see any problem since they're safe for human consumption.

I have used them for years. If moving water for any decent distances, find the ones with screw on lids, much better than cleaning up spilled water.
