General Aquarium help

1.The last picture is my water tests, everything reached 0 then I moved my rocks around (please share any tips to make it look better ) and I removed all the detritus that was hidden. Then my parameters started to rise? Is this normal. Probably nothing to worry about anyways just asking.

2. The picture with the black circles are where I'd like to buy my first corals,
maybe some mushrooms on top left
some zoas on bottom left
any tips for top right are appreciated
I have to do a little more research to figure out placement before I buy them, just a general Idea to start with.

3.Last thing, sorry its alot, I didnt want to make seperate posts for everything.
Am I able to buy corals right away when my levels are 0? I dont see a reason why not but it seems like I had a pretty quick cycle( I didnt graph my water tests before whats on the graph but Im pretty sure it cycled)

Sorry for all the questions any tips/ advice is greatly appreciated, Thank you VERY much!

Bonus question: Anyone know the species of the fish? Was being sold as "assorted Damsel" and Ive searched for pictures and havent found anything quite like it.

1. Possibly just a small spike, water tests today showed ammonia dropped to .2 or less, Nitrites stayed at .5 however and nitrates dropped to less than 5
