Those 3 angels will not get along with each in that size tank. Only 1 (Emperor or the Blueface). Queen angel needs a 8ft tank or bigger. Yellow Tangs need to be in a group of 3 or more which requires a bigger tank. IMO, I don't think the Blue tang and the Powder Blue will not get along. The Raccoon Butterflies may not last in that tank with those group of fish due to aggression. IME, Yellow tangs and Raccoons don't get along, I'm guessing because of the similar shape and color. That is a lot of very big and aggressive fish for that size tank.

Was told I didn't need one for fish only tank, but after some heavy research I'm gonna get one now. Especially since puffers put out huge bio loads

Are you planning on all those fish, I would cut that list in almost half. As an example I have a 210 with a skimmer for a 300 and have 7 fish of similar size that are only about 1/3 grown. Even at this I struggle to keep the bioload in check. And consider the psychological well being of the fish, that would be a very crowded tank. I would choose only one of those angels, and do some more research on the tangs.

Tank seems too small for those big fish, I would buy them at 3-4" size and be ready to remove them as needed.
