Flatworm ID please? Clear planaria?

Just noticed these flatworm in my tank - roughly a couple of mm in size and clear - any thoughts as to ID? They look like the red planaria I had previously but are clear?

Yeah, just a clear flatworm. These are supposed to be harmless, but I wouldn't want them in my tank regardless.
