Corals disintegrating or slowly regressing... HELP!

Here are two pictures of a couple corals that seem to be disintegrating or now dead. I also had a couple montipora caps do the same but no pictures. Please advise.

Disintegrating or died already and gone:
Moon Coral
Montipora Cap
Forest Fire Digi (starting to, see pic)

Doing great:
Button Polyps
Pulsing Xenia
Umbrella Leather
Torch
Green Porcillopora
BTA
Clams
Crabs
Fish
Green Star Polyps

Water Params:
NH3/NH4 (Ammonia) - 0ppm
NO2 (Nitrite) - 0ppm
NO3 (Nitrate) - 0ppm
PH 8.0
CA 350
MG 1450
KH 7.5
Temp 79

I think my KH may be the culprit? One week it was 12 then 7 another week. I dose Calcium when it hits 350. I check my water every Wednesday.

Thoughts?

I think that you are probably right about your alkalinity swings. I know that has certainly been my problem a few times with "melting coral". Your Calcium is also low at 350.

I would look at your alk swings as said above. Your calcium is fine. Looking at your parameters, your tank might be too clean.

It sounds like a reaction to too much GFO I am assuming your are using it from what you stated 0 ppm phos. and going from 12 dkh to 7 dkh. Keep an eye on your Clam they do like that Alk. and NO3.

Do you carbon dose or what do you use for nutrient export?
