Skimmer for Biocube

So after doing some research I have decided to get a HOB skimmer for my Biocube 29. I would like to go with Reef Octopus. My question is, should I get the RO classic 100 or the classic 1000? I've heard good things about the classics and also the Aquamaxx HOB-1 but it is a little out of my price range. Would it be worth it to spurlge a little more for th HOB-1 or will one of the RO work just as well?

I have narrowed it down to the RO classic 100 and 1000. Would the 1000 be too much for a Biocube?
