Where to by Sunpower 39w non-dimmable ballast ?

I've had this fixture for going on 6 years. Did my yearly lamp change and cleaning and now positions 4 and 6 are not working. I believe 4 and 6 are on the same ballast so I suspect it has gone bad. Can anyone confirm that 4 and 6 are on the same ballast ?

And if it is a bad ballast, where can I get one quickly so I can get back up and running ?
