Anyone have pics of their wavepoint fixtures. Price seems too good to be true...how are they producing?

Good fixture but with no cooling fan my ballast went out around two years.

Anyway to Mod 2 switches on a 4 bulb fixture? The single electrical cord seems to be the only down side.
