Stumped

I have a 100g display that is about 6 months old or so. I am having a somewhat bad problem with diatoms that seem to come back almost the next day after i stir the sand bed.My tank is pretty much sps dominant so i run really low nutrients, on salifert test No3 and Po4 both read 0, which is why Im stumped. I am currently going fallow so I feed the tank red sea reef energy every two weeks or so but other than that not much food goes in to the tank.In a tlf reactor I run sea chems phosguard because i read that diatoms feed off of silicates and that is supposed to reduce silicates but other than that I do not have any other chemical filtration. I have tested No3 and Po4 on elos and red sea test kits but not as of recently and they both read 0. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't change anything and they have been gone for about 8 months. This hobby is stressful for no reason sometimes
