Where can one buy these bulbs?

By standard socket do you mean "E26" edison medium base ?
hint..

Just red? specific spectrum?

7 Watts not going to cut it. Was hoping to find this one is 60 Watts just don't need four bulbs.

The ones from Home depot is only 9 watts led (60 watt equivalent). This one is 12w led http://www.ebay.com/itm/361597010028

Don't have much front to back depth to my scrubber its not round shaped so flood bulbs not going to work.

So an A19 series E26 base
...won't happen..I kind of doubt you will find any A series bulb with a true spectrum rating on it. And certainly not LED as there is simply not enough cooling capacity there for 60+ watts of LEDs..

9 or 12 Watt LED EQ 60+ WATTS
