Broken TMC V2 Ozone

Hello wonderful people,

Hopefully you can help me...I've got a customer who is having issues with his TMC V2 OZONE, basically the outlet from the unit to the skimmer has snapped off twice. The first one looked as if there was a deformity with the mould where as the second seems to have just exploded over night...is this just really bad luck or is this a common occurrence with these units?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Ben

Got a pic of the setup and broken area?
Specifically how the wire is supported,etc..

Have you contacted the manufacturer?

There really is no bad luck.. but you could very well be doing something simple thats causing the problem..
